Guide To The Countries

There are five known countries of Mystasia at present, and one that is unknown to all except those who live there, and a select few who do not.

The five known countries are;
Solaria
Pyroia
Lunaria
Celestia
Gaia

The one unknown country is;
Iceia.

Description
The country of Solaria is a big place, and is the second-largest country in Mystasia. Its capital, Felis, is a busy port, while the majority of its landscape is open plains and forests. A famous landmark of Celestia is Mount Blaise, named after a girl who once tried to destroy the world, but also helped save it- this mountain is a volcano, and the place where she died. There is a grave marked on a cliff to show her death place. Solaria is famous for its use of the Lapis Lazuli, a Stone whose psychic powers are feared by any who are not Users of this powerful Stone. It is also famous for another reason- the fact that, long ago, a princess of this country who was a User of the Lapis Lazuli helped save the world from a power-hungry Obsidian User. Many believe this princess is now dead, although a few believe that, as she was also an Amber User, she may still live on... along with the others of that ancient legend.
Solaria is very similar to Europe, sharing the same wildlife, like Gaia.

Description
The country of Celestia is the largest country in Mystasia. Its capital, Hydra, is a busy port like Solaria, but is far bigger, while the majority of the landscape is covered with forest, save for a big chunk of desert in the middle. Celestia is famous for its use of the Bloodstone, a Stone which grants magic to its User, and also for the Amber, a Stone once thought to only be good at extending natural lifespans so that a person can never die of old age or sickness, but was later also revealed to be able to control anything the Moonstone created. It is also famous for another reason- the fact that, long ago, a prince of this country who was a User of the Bloodstone, a traveller who used the Amber and a healer all helped save the world from a power-hungry Obsidian User. Many believe the trio are now dead, although a few believe that, as they were also Amber Users, they may still live on... along with the others of that ancient legend.
Celestia is very similar to America, sharing the same wildlife.

Description
The country of Lunaria is the the second-smallest country of Mystasia. Its capital, Lunam, has been through many disasters in recent times, and so is very small compared to other capitals, but its trade is the training of powerful wild beasts, including dragons, hellhounds and more. Its landscape is covered in rainforest. A century ago, over three quarters of the country was lost to a tsunami caused by a User of all Stones, and thousands perished. Lunaria is famous for its use of the Moonstone, a Stone once thought to only be good at recording memories, but was later revealed to also be able to create almost anything, though it couldn't control what it created. It is also famous for another reason- the fact that, long ago, a mediator of this country who was a User of the Moonstone and a guard helped save the world from a power-hungry Obsidian User, the same one that caused the tsunami. Many believe the pair are now dead, although a few believe that, as they were also Amber Users, they may still live on... along with the others of that ancient legend.
Lunaria is very similar to Asia, sharing the same wildlife.

Pyroia

Description
The country of Pyroia is the third largest country in Mystasia. Its capital, Kasai, is a city that has never had any specific trade, but has gotten on well regardless. The majority of the landscape is savannah and desert, though there is a large mountain range in the middle along with multiple volcanoes. Pyroia is the poorest of the countries, and is famous for its use of the Tiger's Eye, a Stone that heals any injury or sickness, though it comes at a price. It is also famous for another reason- the fact that, long ago, a healer of this country who was a User of the Tiger's Eye a princess helped save the world from a power-hungry Obsidian User. Many believe the duo are now dead, although a few believe that, as they were also Amber Users, they may still live on... along with the others of that ancient legend.
Pyroia is very similar to Africa, sharing the same wildlife.

Description
The country of Gaia is the smallest known country in Mystasia. Its capital, also called Gaia, is the only settlement in the country and is surprisingly small- its trade is in wild animals like Lunam, though it deals with less dangerous ones such as tigers, lions and so on, rather than the hellhounds and dragons that Lunam cares for. This country is completely surrounded by mountains and is the only country that doesn't have its own island- instead, it is situated in the middle of Solaria, as it was once a town that was a part of Solaria until it won a war of independence. The landscape is open plains, save for a lake next to the capital, and there is only one passageway in and out, which is always heavily guarded. Gaia is famous for its use of the Obsidian, a Stone which grants incredible agility, strength and ferocity to its User, but this Stone comes at a dangerous price. It is also infamous for another reason- the fact that, long ago, an Obsidian User guard from this country decided she was sick of being looked down upon or her Stone, and took it upon herself to change that attitude, becoming more and more power-hungry. As time passed, her researcher brother was roped into joining her as he lost control over his own Stone, and eventually another Obsidian User, a representative who, along with a guard, led a group of shape-shifters from all over Mystasia to stop her. Many believe all of them are now dead, although a few believe that, as they were also Amber Users, they may still live on... along with the others of that ancient legend.
Gaia is very similar to Europe, sharing the same wildlife, like Solaria.

Iceia

Description
The country of Iceia is the real smallest country in Mystasia. It has no capital and all its citizens are natural wanderers. Very few who live outside of Iceia know of this secretive country as the people go to great lengths to ensure no one realises the icy block of land is inhabited, mainly due to its Stone, the Hematite, which is said to be even more powerful than Amber and Moonstone- which, up until now, were the most powerful Stones known to Mystasia. It is rumoured among Iceians that the holders and subjects of the prophecy's ancestors were all from this country, and that they now live here, in hiding...
Iceia is similar to both the Arctic and Antarctic, sharing the same wildlife.
